  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

We will evaluate the case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
